I've worked as a professional wildlife biologist and ecologist for over 18 years. I have happily had a variety of work and volunteer activities that took me to a lot of great locations in California, Hawaii, New Mexico, Colorado, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic (as a Peace Corps Volunteer). In these locations, I've worked with many great folks in federal agencies, state agencies, private landowners, Native American tribes, and non-profits.
I've worked with a wide variety of landscapes (including desert, forest, riparian, wetland, agricultural, and tropical) and have hands-on experience with many taxa (birds, plants, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, and fish, in decreasing order of expertise).
